    The practices identified in the checklist are what the assessor needs to see you do so they can check you\u2019re \u2018meeting the NQS.\u2019 If you embed all the things in the checklist, then you are meeting the Element. If there\u2019s something on the checklist that you\u2019re not doing, then you need to either adjust your practice to do it, or ask for help and training to do what\u2019s on the checklist ie work with your educational leader or room leader who should teach\/coach you how to do it.[\/vc_column_text]
