Identify members of the team to be leaders and motivators within their roles. Consider cross-training among teammates who have specific strengths by forming mentoring relationships. This cross-training lets strong team members develop their training abilities, while the mentees receive some good modelling and a chance to strengthen their skills.<\/p>\n
