Introduction

Welcome to Term 1: Cluster 1 … work with families.

The units of competency covered in this cluster are:

• CHCECE041         Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
• CHCECE050         Work in partnership with children’s families
• CHCECE053         Respond to grienances and complaints about the service
• CHCPRP003         Reflect on and improve own profession practice

Each week you will be required to complete a number of assessments. Your trainer will provide feedback to your responses and where relevant, may request you revise and resubmit.

When attempting the assessments, if the text box appears too small and you cannot read instructions etc. you can resize the text box by clicking and holding the bottom right corner of the text box and simultaneously drag the corner until the box opens sufficiently.
