    • record of educators working directly with children
    • records of students and volunteers
    • appointment of Educational Leader in writing
    • written consent of Person in Day to Day Charge to appointment
    • written consent of Nominated Supervisor to appointment
    • food handling qualifications for food preparation staff
  • children’s records
    • curriculum planning sheets
    • evidence of planning and assessment (eg Centre Support family input/curriculum building/child reflection planning sheets, celebration of achievement charts, strength trees and critical reflections)
    • enrolment records
    • incident, injury and illness records
    • medication records
    • immunisation records
  • current public liability insurance
  • current Quality Improvement Plan with progress notes
  • risk assessments which identify potential emergencies
  • risk assessments undertaken before excursions
  • records of emergency and evacuation rehearsals
  • sign in/ out sheets
  • any waivers
  • policies showing review dates
